Mark Stanley has over twenty years experience in the water purification industry. He specializes in the area of dialysis, and has always considered his profession a “life science”. He has established a standard in the industry with his keen ability to troubleshoot even the toughest jobs. Professionalism and enthusiasm for satisfying the customer has lead to his success with Performance Water Systems. Mark holds manufacture certifications on every major water system in the industry and has taught exciting and meaningful classes that are always well received. The ability to see the big picture while paying strict attention to detail, has made Mark a sought after team member for major dialysis providers in project management. He provides consultation to the trades during the construction phase of dialysis centers that enables a smooth transition from construction to operation.

Elaine Stanley has thirty years invested in the field of Dialysis. Her experience has ranged from direct clinical care, to internal technical assessment, to technical management of 120 dialysis centers and hospital acute programs. Working with water treatment vendors to design and install systems for hemodialysis, Elaine has a thorough understanding of both the patients and customer needs.She has prepared and taught hemodialysis and water system educational offerings both internally and externally within the dialysis industry. The results of which enhanced many students in preparation for national certifications. In addition, Elaine assisted in the development of technical policies and procedures for use nationwide.

Mr. Robert Downey started the company in 1993 and as president, oversees operations at our Chicago Headquarters, which houses our general accounting, regional customer service, manufacturing, engineering and design group and technical service. Bob is also the owner, president and CEO of Performance Plumbing and Heating Incorporated, successfully serving the Chicago area for many years. Holding a master plumbers license in Illinois, the City of Chicago and certification as a CCCD Inspector, Bob’s 36 years experience in the building, construction & water treatment business brings together the necessary talent and skills to lead our company. Seventy-five 75% of PPHCO business is supporting facility operations for hospitals and health care clinics. Additionally, Bob serves as our CFO and managing director for our Easton MD Headquarters, including field offices located in Pennsylvania, Virginia and Florida. PWS employees licensed plumbers and therefore qualify for all areas of the water installation process, a service not afforded by many of our competitors who typically outsource this service.
